If you use paid features, payment providers send us limited transaction identifiers and status information. Kallout does not store full card or bank credentials.

We use information to operate accounts and public profiles, maintain rankings, process eligible payments, respond to support requests, prevent misuse, and improve reliability.

Waitlist details are used to manage launch access and related Kallout updates.

We share only the information needed by providers that support hosting, authentication, database storage, email, or payment processing. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and its users.

Public profile information and ranking activity are visible to visitors by design.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide Kallout, meet legal or accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and protect the service.
